Hello! Is this reaching you in Chicago or the lake? I'm looking at my summer calendar to see when I might drive up to visit for a few days, don't know whether week days or week ends suit you as can't tell from your website whether you are trying to get any office work done. It looks like the following are about the only times I can come because of other travel plans...these dates can wiggle a few days if it works for you:
July 6-9 (drive up the 6th, drive back the 9th), or
                   August 7-10 (same routine)
I am going to come alone and Cam is using the same dates to go to the east coast to visit several of his friends.
Hope you are at the lake and getting stronger every day. Sounds like your walking routine will put you in the best shape of your life.

If these dates don't work at all for you, let me know what does and I'll see if there is any way. Mid October is currently free, as well.

Take care, look forward to hearing from you.

I couldn't understand some parts of this article Post Exploration, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
